Final Product Quality Controller
Ensure the conformity of our products delivered to clients for the medical sector.
You will perform control and traceability operations for our implant tubes.
Within a team of approximately fifteen people:
– You will perform dimensional and visual inspections using metrology tools and Microtube methodologies (thus, you are comfortable with adopting and rigorously following processes!).
– You will establish conformity control, traceability, and quality monitoring documents within the Windows environment (thus, you are comfortable with IT, especially Excel).
– When you detect non-conformities / discrepancies, you will take appropriate preventive or corrective measures.
Working hours: 8 hours
Metrology Engineer Intern
Reporting to the Metrology Department Manager, you will be responsible for conducting the discriminant analysis of measurement equipment:
You will organize and prepare the analysis: define the analysis criteria, inventory the equipment present in the departments, and schedule meetings with each department manager.
You will qualify the measuring devices to validate their proper functioning and their availability in production or quality control departments.
You will report the results: synthesize the results, define an action plan, present the results and the action plan, and define a budget by requesting quotes to prevent production disruption.
